Fee Schedule
We believe that resolving disputes should be straightforward and cost-effective. Our mediation fees are structured with transparency and fairness in mind, no hidden costs, no surprises. We offer fixed rates for standard mediation sessions and clear hourly pricing for extended matters, ensuring you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
Written Invitations
No Charge
​We send up to two written invitations to the other party, inviting them to attend Family Dispute Resolution. This service is provided at no cost.
Section 60I Certificate
(Non-Attendance) – $165
If the other party does not respond or refuses to attend mediation, we can issue a Section 60I Certificate confirming this for a fixed fee of $165.
Intake Appointments – $500
($250 per party)
Each party participates in a one-hour intake appointment to assess suitability for mediation. If the matter is deemed unsuitable, a Section 60I Certificate will be issued. The total cost for intake is $500, shared equally between the parties.
The fee for a half-day mediation, including preparation, is $1,800 less the intake fee already paid, leaving a balance of $1,300
($650 per party).

Extended Sessions
$220 per hour
Where additional time is required beyond the scheduled mediation session, an hourly rate of $220 applies.
